RISE Latte Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
½ Cup nonfat Greek or vegan yogurt
1 RISE Latte (Oat Milk Latte, Oat Milk Mocha) -- you pick!
ADD-ONS:
1 Fruit: strawberries, blueberries, bananas
2 Peanut or almond butter
3 Shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
Combine rolled oats and chia seeds in a mason jar or container of your choice. (Chia seeds help to give the overnight oats a pudding-like consistency, not to mention their nutritional benefits; they are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber, iron and calcium.)
Next, add yogurt. The yogurt will give your oats an extra creamy consistency. Pour one RISE latte coffee can of your choice over the oats and stir the mixture thoroughly.
Cover the oats and chill in the fridge overnight, or for at least four hours.
Optional: add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
