Shipping Policy
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
We ship US domestic and offer standard shipping. All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment. Government holidays, adverse weather, and billing/fraud/address verifications may affect fulfillment time.
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder.

At this time, we are unable to change or cancel an order once placed. All refunds will be a case by case basis. Please contact us for any issues so we can find a proper resolution. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we will do whatever we can to make your RISE experience a positive one.
Free U.S. Shipping
For U.S. orders that total $65 or more you will have the option to select a free Standard Shipping at checkout. This is a limited time offer and subject to change at any time.
Some restrictions apply:
- Order total less taxes and shipping charges must exceed $65.
International Shipping
Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance in rerouting your package, or determining its exact location or estimate for delivery. RISE Brewing Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the post office, customs delays/fees, or lost packages.
At the time of delivery customers may be subject to Duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to RISE Brewing Co. and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
