Decadent fudgy brownies soaked in our Oat Milk Mocha Nitro Cold Brew, with layers of vanilla & chocolate coco cream.
First it will cheer you up and then it will pick you up with that RISE Nitro kick. Mama Mia it’s delicious. If you love chocolate and you love coffee you’re going to love this. I dare you to eat just one. It can’t be done.
For the Brownies:
- 1 can of RISE Oat Milk Mocha Nitro Cold Brew
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 flax eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cups cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
Combine sugars & wet ingredients, whisking until combined. Then add in the dry. Fold in the chopped chocolate. Divide batter amongst two lined loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 25 min. or until set. Remove & allow to cool. Once cooled, remove the parchment paper & place the brownies back into their loaf pans. Divide the RISE oat milk mocha cold brew amongst the two, pouring over the brownies. Use about 3/4 of a can. Place in the freezer to soak.
For the Coco Cream:
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1 can of coconut milk/cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp espresso powder
Beat until fully incorporated. If your mixture is too thick, add a little coconut water from the can. Take half the whip & place in a separate bowl. Add 3 tbsp cocoa powder & 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup. Mix until combined. Spread half the vanilla mixture over one the brownie, then half the cocoa mix. Gently place the other brownie base on top & repeat with the coco whip. Top with melted chocolate & place in freezer/fridge until set!
