Protein is one of your body’s best friends. It helps pretty much every cell in your body. A high protein, low carb diet is the hottest thing since sliced bread (low carb bread, of course). Whether you’re trying to build muscle or looking to shed a few pounds, you’re going to want to gobble down the protein and shun the pasta.
Here’s a great way to always be protein prepared at home or on the go. Really easy to whip up a batch (no oven needed) and so, so freakin’ delicious. But best of all, they have a RISE Oat Milk Latte kick. Just be warned, one batch doesn’t last very long. Probably should make several at a time. Enjoy.
