Tie-dying has been around since the 60s. It’s the way to turn an ordinary white T-shirt into something cool. When you hear the word “Tie-Dye” you think of that psychedelic design worn by the hipsters of Venice or San Francisco. Fun, colorful and no two look alike.
So, in the spirit of the free-spirited 60s, here’s a Tie-Dye drink recipe that will have you singing “Purple Haze” all day long (FYI that’s a famous Jimi Hendrix song for you youngsters out there.)
Here’s how you do it. But don’t be intimidated by the steps involved, it’s actually pretty simple.

Tie-Dye Smoothie:
Purple Layer
1 cup of RISE Organic Oat Milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
Pink Layer
1 cup of RISE Organic Oat Milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
Yellow Layer
1 cup of RISE Organic Oat Milk
1 cup frozen peaches or mangos
1 banana
Green Layer
1 cup of RISE Organic Oat Milk
1 cup frozen Spinach
1 banana
Blend each one separately, top off the cup one layer at a time and enjoy! Whipped cream optional. Once you try it you’ll be “Feelin’ Alright” (again, another reference to a song from the 60s. Google it.). Enjoy.
