Sales - Merchandiser


As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in expanding RISE. This person will be responsible for building displays and brand presence in key accounts. You will be the face of the brand and will build relationships with key decision makers throughout your region.

What you'll do in Sales:
●Work from a target list of new and existing accounts to gain and achieve our sales, merchandising and distribution goals.
●Visit assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, build displays, monitor price, and shelf space management.
●Increase shelf space and position for RISE products.
●Have an upbeat attitude – customer service is key.
●Utilize your ability to set up demos/tastings to gain distribution and build lasting relationships at retail.
●Represent RISE through promotions, demos and company events. You’re on the front lines and
represent our brand in the market, make us proud!

●High energy, Personable, Self-motivated & disciplined, competitive and hungry to succeed
●Excellent sales and communications skills
●Be able to travel daily and work flexible hours, including potentially nights and weekends
●Independent with problem-solving & time management skills with a high degree of integrity
●Values customer service and humble

●High School Diploma.
●Minimum 2 years field sales / Brand Ambassador experience in the beverage industry

What you’ll do:

Workload: 1-5 events / demos per week (est. 5-25 hours weekly), weekend availability is highly valued

Serve delicious nitro cold brew coffee to our customers from a can or keg

Some staffing of events and demos will be one-(wo)man shows, so independent problem-solving skills and a high degree of integrity are key
