Our History
2014
THE IDEA
We created RISE Brewing Co. because we were tired of coffee products that were loaded with sugar, calories, harmful chemicals and words we couldn’t spell. We launched with a mission to make the best tasting beverages on the planet, using the highest quality organic ingredients we could source.
2015
THE BEGINNINGS
We brewed our first nitro coffee keg in our co-founder Jarrett’s NYC apartment and we went door to door sharing our discovery. We scaled and grew our business in co-founder Grant’s garage, refining and perfecting our nitro cold brewing processes along the way. We then launched at Colonie Restaurant in Brooklyn and never looked back.
2016
BUILT OUR FIRST BREWERY & LAUNCHED OUR FIRST CANS
We built our first brewery and canned our first run of Ready-To-Drink Nitro Cold Brew Coffee cans, and sold them all over New York City in Bodegas, Groceries and Offices.
2017
OUR FIRST BIG WIN
In front of the best and brightest executives and investors of the beverage world, we pitched RISE in BevNet’s “New Beverage Showdown” and we took home first place!
2019
USA’S FIRST ORGANIC OAT MILK LATTE
We launched the first canned Organic Oat Milk Latte and it won People Magazine’s Canned Coffee Product of the year. We launched our new shelf stable Oat Milk Latte, Oat Milk Mocha, and Original Black cans nationwide with major distributors and online.
2020
ORGANIC OAT MILK AND NITRO TEA
Our passion to innovate and our dedication to great-tasting organic ingredients lead us to launch our Organic Oat Milk - made with 4 simple ingredients, Organic Oats, Sunflower, Water and a dash of Sea Salt. We also launched the country’s first Nitro Tea with our London Fog.
2021
EXPANDING NATIONWIDE
Using the finest vanilla extract in the world from Madagascar, we launched the delicious tasting Organic Vanilla Oat Milk Latte and it won BevNet’s product of the year. Our expanded lineup of Ready-To-Drink cans became available in over 20,000 doors nationwide.
2022
FOR THE AT HOME BARISTA
Inspired to create the best performing Oat Milk for Baristas, (and at-home Baristas 😉) we combined the same great taste of our Original Oat Milk and enhanced it with the ability to foam better than any plant-based milk on the market.
2024
DRAFT EXPERIENCE FOR ALL
Always looking to create the best Nitro Cold Brew Draft experience imaginable, we launched a countertop system that pairs with our shelf stable Bag-in-Box to pour the most decadent and consistently cascading, frothy cup of nitro & still cold brew coffee. We still offer our kegs all over the country, but this new product makes it easier for anyone to enjoy RISE on draft.
