Maple Cold Brew Shake

If you’re like me, you’re always looking to pump more protein into your diet. How does 30 grams sound? Here’s a great RISE Brewing Co. hack that will do just that. So simple and quick for an on-the-go breakfast heading to work or a workout. 

The specific amounts of each ingredient is up to you, so do some experimenting but here’s what works for me.


  1. Vanilla protein powder
  2. RISE oat milk mocha
  3. Maple syrup
  4. Granola 
  5. Chocolate syrup drizzle
  6. Ice cubes
